Let's Not Die - 2019

I was the project manager, modeler and rigger of a team of 7 artists. The project is a polished demo-sized game. Let's Not Die was originally a board game, turned into a digital game.

 

Let's Not Die is a 4-player competitive co-op survival shooter. It is a year long digital project divided into three main sections: pre-production, production and post production. I worked on a lot of the concept art, characters and environment, as well as rough scene blockout in pre-production. During the production phase, I did the turnarounds for the playable characters, and modeled them in Maya once the turnarounds were adjusted to the proper art style. I also did the re-topology for all four playable characters and passed to our Art Lead to do the UVs and textures. During post-production, I focused on rigging the characters, managing and fine-tuning animations from many different animators. My final task was to bring everything in engine.
